No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and check out faster on future purchases.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@soothekin.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@soothekin.com.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@soothekin.com and we will work to find a suitable solution, which may include return shipping assistance.

To start a return, please contact us at support@soothekin.com with your order number, the email address used to place the order, the reason for your return, and photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, charging cables, and packaging materials included. For health and hygiene reasons, foot recovery devices that have been used or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@soothekin.com with your order number and any relevant photos or details. We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier to find a suitable solution.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@soothekin.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Soothekin is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect shipping information.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after the tracking number is issued, as carriers may need time to scan and update the package status.

Every Soothekin product goes through a strict quality control process before it is shipped. Because our massagers are professional recovery devices, each order is carefully inspected — including product appearance, accessories, packaging, and basic function — to ensure your item arrives in proper working condition. This quality inspection process is included in the estimated delivery window.

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 10–15 business days after the order is placed. This timeframe includes order processing, quality inspection, packaging, carrier handling, and final delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volume.

We currently ship within the United States only. If your address is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship to your location at this time. We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

The foldable, collapsible design makes it easy to set up and store — simply unfold, place your feet inside, and press start.

The Soothekin massager is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery and charges via USB. Simply connect the included USB charging cable to the device and plug it into any standard USB power source (wall adapter, laptop, power bank, etc.). We recommend fully charging the device before first use.

Yes, the Soothekin massager is designed for everyday use as part of a daily foot care and light recovery routine. It uses gentle pneumatic compression rather than deep kneading, making it suitable for regular use. However, if you have any medical conditions affecting your feet, ankles, or circulation — such as deep vein thrombosis, peripheral neuropathy, or open wounds — please consult your healthcare provider before use. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
